We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Our quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly subscriptions are set to automatically renew on their designated dates to ensure uninterrupted access to our platform's invaluable resources.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any additional charges. Cancel your subscription writing at care@testbook.ai. After you cancel, we will keep your subscription active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which we will not renew it.
In cases where the amount remains outstanding for more than fifteen (15) days from the date of activation of services (for first-time users) and more than one (1) day for auto-renewal cases, Testbook reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
We are committed to resolving failed transactions promptly. Our team will process your refund promptly, and you can expect to see the refunded amount credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
In case of cancellation, we do not offer refunds for partial months or years of service.
